Turning point to Creativity!

I purchased 300ft of fairy led lights to mood light the downstairs of my house and give it an even glow...while its very pretty, wouldn't a lamp be more practical. Well when you have twins that can't communicate and tend to cause trouble theres nowhere thats safe.

Having two different kinds of autism in the home brings our house to a whole new level of needs. Things that I didn't realize we would ever want are suddenly a priority. After spending over $70 on a fabric sensory swing, I figured out it is an expensive endeavour to raise them both and fit the best of their  needs.

We do love this swing, my 5 year old uses it the most and its awesome, I want one for myself. :)
Being crafty is in my nature and had been part of my life as long as I can remember. I started making things to help my kids and feed my creative outlet so I wouldn't LOOSE MY MIND! O.o It's allot of pressure to be a 'good' mom, all the time. Brings out the stress in people, and OMG my white hairs!

Anyway I started making things, some are worthy of their own posts so check in for more soon!

Time keeps on slipping...

Hello there, it's been awhile since I've posted so I figured I should at least put something up here. I have been unbelievably busy making and crafting to prepare for the autism walk in April. Pictures to come I'm sure. I have all my gears turning and I'm firing on most of my cylinders so now I just need to make time to take pictures of everything haha... I had an exceptional breakthrough with a buisness I buy fabric from and they offered to send me their scraps for free! It's also been spring break so my kiddos have all been home all week. I will try and be more diligent about posting my new creations more frequently. Love and happy crafting.

Endangered Species Fair 2019

Took the girls on an outing today and had a blast learning about recycling and the different species of animals that have become endangered. Had a blast and saw some amazing animals too. So proud of my girls for behaving themselves in the hot sun. #summermomlife
